STORE RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to me so I work hard to ensure any product you buy from my store arrives on time and in perfect condition but if in the unlikely event a product you buy from me is either damaged or does not arrive I will do my very best to rectify the situation.
If a product bought from my store does not arrive:

I will investigate with the logistics company to locate the order and have it delivered asap.
If it becomes clear during my investigation that the order will not arrive in good time, I will organise a new order straight away or if requested, provide a refund.
If a product arrives damaged:

I will contact you to either confirm the damage or arrange collection.
Once confirmed, I will organise a replacement straight away or if requested, provide a refund.
Damaged orders must be declared to me within 15 days of delivery. Any damaged orders declared after this time will be refunded/replaced at my discretion.
Colour and tone variations
I do my utmost to describe the works as accurately as possible, displaying pictures of the product sold and specifying the paper used where applicable. The screens you view the products on will vary in terms of colours and brightness and because of this, I cannot be held responsible if the product sold does not meet customer expectations based on tones, colour and brightness.
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me and I will accommodate any request as best as I can, but reasons such as colour, tone and brightness will not suffice when requesting a refund or replacement item.
